The photography of Keith McArthur aka f/8alism presents a fresh look into Middle America. The photographer has an intimacy and easiness with his subjects and the landscape that comes through in these pictures, and he doesn’t try to edit out some of the rawness of everyday life. His pictures of Detroit are very timely and resonate with the despair of the bankrupt city. To see more of his pictures go here, but be aware some of his subject matter is mature, and probably not suitable for children.
