Black Seasons – Photos by Julien Coquentin

We request the
Honor of your presence
During this black season

The sun will be late
And leave early
The leaves have fallen
And will be stuck on
Your shoe
The rain will be
Falling and cold
Your clothes will
Be too cold,
And your warm
Clothes from last
Year won’t quite
Fit while all
The food that
You want to eat
Will be hearty
And rich
You furnace
Will fail
And your flue
Will stick while
Fuel prices rise
The black season
